कम्युनिकेशन यानी संचार के कई प्रकार होते हैं, जिन्हें अलग-अलग आधार पर वर्गीकृत किया जाता है। सामान्यतः संचार को मौखिक (Verbal Communication), गैर-मौखिक (Non-Verbal Communication), लिखित (Written Communication) और दृश्य (Visual Communication) रूपों में बाँटा जाता है। इस पॉडकास्ट एपिसोड में हम जानेंगे कि इन प्रकारों की विशेषताएँ क्या हैं और यह हमारे दैनिक जीवन और कार्यस्थल पर किस प्रकार उपयोगी हैं।

हम यह भी चर्चा करेंगे कि मौखिक संचार शब्दों और भाषा पर आधारित होता है, जबकि गैर-मौखिक संचार में हाव-भाव, चेहरे के भाव और शारीरिक भाषा का महत्त्व होता है। लिखित संचार पत्र, ईमेल और रिपोर्ट के माध्यम से होता है, जबकि दृश्य संचार चित्र, चार्ट और प्रेजेंटेशन के रूप में देखा जाता है। यह एपिसोड श्रोताओं को संचार के प्रकारों की स्पष्ट समझ प्रदान करेगा।

Communication can be classified into several types based on different aspects. Broadly, it is divided into Verbal Communication, Non-Verbal Communication, Written Communication, and Visual Communication. In this podcast episode, we explain the features of these types and how they are useful in our daily life and workplace.

We also highlight that verbal communication is based on words and language, while non-verbal communication includes gestures, facial expressions, and body language.
