At Community Voice (CommunityVoice.in and our mobile application), we aim to provide a smooth and satisfactory experience for all our listeners and subscribers. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how payments, refunds, and cancellations are handled.

1. Free Content

• Most of our audio stories and podcasts are available free of cost.

• Free content does not require any subscription or payment, and therefore refunds are not applicable.

2. Paid Subscriptions / Premium Content

• We may offer paid subscriptions or premium content in the future.

• Payments will be securely processed through Razorpay or other authorized payment gateways.

3. Refund Policy

• Subscription fees and payments for premium content are non-refundable once successfully processed.

• Refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

  1. Duplicate payment due to technical error.

  2. Payment processed but access not provided due to a verified technical fault on our side.

• To request a refund under the above conditions, users must contact us within 7 days of the transaction.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team.

• Cancellation will stop future renewals but will not provide a refund for the current billing cycle.

• After cancellation, users will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period.

5. Payment Disputes

• If you face any issues with payments or subscriptions, please contact us at contact@communityvoice.in before raising a dispute with your bank or Razorpay.

• We will make every effort to resolve your concern quickly.

6. Changes to Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Effective Date.”
