Community Voice provides audio stories, podcasts, and related content in Hindi. Some content may be free, while certain features or premium content may require a paid subscription.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Payments are securely processed through Razorpay or other payment gateways.

• All subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time, with prior notice to users.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our Platform, you agree not to:

1. Copy, distribute, or share our audio content without permission.

2. Use the Platform for illegal or harmful purposes.

3. Upload or share content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates the rights of others.

4. Attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse our Platform.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

• All audio stories, podcasts, scripts, text, images, and designs on Community Voice are the intellectual property of Community Voice or its content creators.

• You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without prior written consent.

7. Advertisements & Third-Party Links

• Our Platform may display advertisements via Google AdMob or other providers.

• We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party websites or services.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Community Voice provides content for informational and entertainment purposes only.

• We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or misunderstanding arising from the use of our stories or information.

• While we strive to keep the Platform secure, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or misuse our Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Rajasthan, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our Platform after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
