User Rights & Data Deletion Policy – Community Voice

Effective Date: 1 September 2025

We respect the privacy and rights of our users. In compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act) and international best practices, we provide the following user rights:

1. Access & Use of Data

• We collect necessary details such as name, email address, phone number, and address during registration.

• We also collect usage data (listening history, preferences) to improve our services.

2. Data Deletion

• Users may request deletion of their account and personal data by sending an email to contact@communityvoice.in.

• Upon verification, we will delete the requested data within 15 working days.

3. Data Export

• Currently, we do not provide an option for users to export or download their personal data.

4. Retention

• Data may be retained as required by law or for resolving disputes, after which it will be permanently deleted.
